...Fog In Some Areas This Evening...
Areas of fog continue in some parts of southeast Illinois...
southwest Indiana and western Kentucky...while formation at sunset
had occurred elsewhere. Visibilities below 1 mile have been
reported. This trend will continue through mid evening.
However...winds are forecast to become northerly area wide and
increase to 5 t0 10 mph. As a result...visibilities should improve
as the evening wears on.
In the meantime...travelers this evening should be alert for rapidly
changing visibility. Patchy dense fog may reduce the visibility to as
low as 1/4 of a mile at times.
